Welcome to W.A.S.P. Deviations! The home of W.A.S.P. Fanart online! 14 - 11 - 2023 New Update! ------------------------------ Hellions! It's update time!

It's been a long time coming but we are in the planning stages now for the next big updates to the 'W.A.S.P. Deviations Virtual Art Gallery'!!

So whats coming?

⚡New updated version for PC. We are moving the whole project to Unreal Engine 5! This will take some time but will replace the original Art Gallery, showcasing W.A.S.P. fanart worldwide!

⚡It will be rebuilt from the ground up with new lighting technology, ray tracing and more.

⚡We are currently also looking at the possibilities of developing and releasing this new version on other platforms such as Virtual Reality (VR) Headsets (Meta Quest) and more....! Stay tuned!

You may of noticed all has been silent here for some time, but we are currently looking at ways to bring back and expand this award winning project by getting more W.A.S.P. fans, artists, and software developers on board. Major Update Inbound + Stats!

Greetings All! Thanks for your continued support! The artwork submissions have been fantastic and the number of you who have taken part so far in this project has been mind blowing for what was initially a small university project! Some updated stats! - Over 1000 artwork submissions! - Over 3000 Downloads of the beta software in 2011! - 5,000+ Downloads of W.A.S.P. Deviations since the first beta run! - 25,000 page views here on Deviant Art. - Almost 650 likes on the Facebook page @ https://www.facebook.com/W.A.S.P.Deviations Since 2011 W.A.S.P. Deviations nothing short of officially kicked started the new trend of sharing your W.A.S.

Rather awesomely I had over 3,000 downloads of my W.A.S.P. Virtual Gallery Dissertation Project in only its small limited beta test run. The project went on gain me a 'First Class Honours' at Northampton University in England on my course BSc Computing (Graphics & Visualisation) and also won 'Best Technology Dissertation 2011' which it was awarded in October! W.A.S.P. are doing a 'Return to Babylon' tour! Nothing on the official website as yet, though, but that isn't a surprise - it hardly ever gets updated.
